We ask that you arrive on time for your child's appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice as soon as possible so that we can accommodate other patients.
We are a fee-for-service dental office and payment in full for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable, budget, and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, check, debit cards, credit cards and HAS/FSA cards. We also accept tap or Apple Pay.
If your child is experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office immediately. If it is after hours or weekends, there is always a doctor on call. Please listen to our office voicemail for instructions on how to reach the on-call doctor.
Children are welcome to attend dental visits without a parent or guardian present. If the child is under the age of 18, we will need a parent or guardian consent form completed. You may contact our office to obtain this form. A credit card may be left on file with the front desk for payment or be sent with your child.
